Girlfriend’s, Budget! is one of the world’s leaders in offering unique one-on-one money management coaching programs, which allows clients to experience a holistic life centered around FINANCIAL FREEDOM. Our job is simple: To put a budget in every household.
The Girlfriend’s, Budget! team has over 30 years of combined experience in personal finance, mindset, and business coaching and has been featured on Good Morning Texas and several magazine publications.
At Girlfriend’s, Budget!, our team is our most valuable asset. Every member of our team is motivated by an immense pride and commitment to a set of beliefs & values which shape our business and everything that we do for our customers.
WHAT WE DO
Not only do we offer 1:1 money and business coaching, we also run an online group money and business program for women so we can reach more of those who need us. Our focus this year has been to provide our services in more diverse contracting spaces which will be housed and supported through our membership program.
Our membership participants receive training, tools, and coaching to help them increase their income and get on the path to wealth.
We continue to provide monthly mindset support in addition to our money and businesses services. We seek to create informative, inspiring, and highly entertaining content for our social communities on our founder Elle Hall-Colemans’ Instagram (@dee_n_elle), as well as on our company Instagram (@gfbudget), and readers through our weekly newsletter.
Overall, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are taking the steps everyday to make it possible for everyone to get the support and financial education they need for now and for the future.

Our application and hiring process:

3. We will let you know if you are a good fit for the position and give you next steps.
4.With certain positions, we may offer you a 30-day trial run (you’re paid for your time) to see if we’re an ideal match. This is a chance for you to dive in and see if GFB is the right fit for you, and vice versa. After 30 days, depending on how things go, we’ll either part ways or offer you a contract position.

Our Contracted Web Designer will be playing a significant role in our client’s getting launched online in 8 weeks! We are looking for someone who is passionate about beautiful and functional websites, understands marketing and copywriting, and can handle different projects at the same time.

We’ve been listening to our client's needs and are now offering Level Up Your Business, 8- Weeks To Launch Online™️ in addition to personal financial coaching. This is an intensive 8 –week program that allows girlfriends to get their business started the right way and poised for success.
As part of this program, they will be able to have a fully designed website that highlights them, their business, and the services they offer.
The website will be hosted through Wix or Shopify and will include the following pages:

Preferred Qualifications:

Girlfriend’s, Budget! is looking for a full-time or part-time Financial Coach with one-on-one personal finance coaching experience to join its successful and expanding team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified US- Financial Coach. Girlfriend’s, Budget Financial Coaches are the "heartbeat" of our business. As a Financial Coach, your responsibility will be to ensure clients are meeting their personal monthly and annual financial goals by utilizing your account management, personal finance, and customer service skills.
Job Description & Responsibilities:

Assist members in developing financial goals and creating action plans through 1:1 coaching sessions by utilizing Girlfriend’s, Budget strategies.

Communicate effectively with members by engaging in active listening and critical questioning.

Monitor and document participant progress toward member-driven financial goals through assessments, progress reports, and case notes.

Maintain a working understanding of industry practices.
-
Conduct follow-up client communication and develop lasting client relationships by treating clients with courtesy.

Align with Key Performance Indicators to ensure monthly and annual client financial goals are achieved.

Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
